Together we’ll set the table for success.
My Approach
What makes this work so meaningful to me is my passion for food. Food isn’t just fuel — it’s joy, community, and tradition. And you deserve to enjoy it, too.
My goal is to help others feel joy, confidence and excitement around eating. Feeding kids can feel overwhelming — between busy schedules and conflicting online advice, it’s easy to feel unsure or frustrated. But through my years of experience, I’ve learned that parents everywhere face many of the same struggles. So let me start by saying: you’re not alone, and you’re doing better than you think.
Together, we’ll work to make mealtimes less stressful and more enjoyable for everyone. We’ll build trust at the table so you and your children feel confident in your roles and abilities to listen to what your own bodies need. This isn’t a quick fix, but lasting change that helps your family find joy in food for years to come.
I believe early support with feeding is like preventative care — it sets the stage for lifelong healthy relationships with food. Whether passed down from our parents, learned from the media or through peer pressure we all come with food baggage. I’m here to help rewrite those patterns by empowering children to tune in to their bodies and by helping parents feel confident in feeding their children.
My approach incorporates elements of mindfulness and intuitive eating practices with real-life perspective. Not every meal is going to be ideal or perfect. My goal is to help parents unpack their preconceptions about the “shoulds” and “should nots” of eating and learn how to have nurturing dialogue with their children about food. We will accomplish this all by using evidence-based techniques, including Ellyn Satter’s Division of Responsibility in Feeding and the Ellyn Satter Institute’s clinically validated tools.
As a registered dietitian, I’m dedicated to providing up-to-date, evidence-based guidance so you can feel confident, supported, and inspired in your family’s food journey.

The Process
Whether you have a picky eater, a child who isn’t growing as expected, concerns your child isn’t eating enough or is eating too much, we will tackle your concerns together. My approach focuses on working directly with the parents to address the concerns and changes rather than the child. The caregivers are the ones creating the feeding environment and it is my role to support you in enacting the tools we build together.
During our time together, I’ll provide you with an arsenal of tools and techniques to lean on and help you navigate new experiences and big feelings that may come up during this process.
Together we will build systems in your home to make mealtime and meal planning feel less taxing and more manageable.
Whether you are a multi-generational, two parent or single parent household, I’m here to help.
My Values

Compassionate
Parenting can be tough and food struggles can be anxiety-inducing. I take a supportive, nonjudgmental approach to get to the heart of your concerns. Together we will make a plan to move past the battles and to identify strategies to help you move forward towards your family’s goals. I will continue to be a supportive listener and encouraging coach as you and your family rediscover the joy of eating.

Holistic
The struggles we see at mealtimes don’t always have an obvious cause. We’ll dig into more than just the foods offered at mealtime to address what’s going on so we can achieve joyful meals and snacks.

Playful
Food should be fun! I firmly believe that. I will work with you and your family to find what fun looks like in your house. We’ll find ways to sprinkle enjoyment into family meals, snacks and playtime.

Clear Communication
Finding the right words can be hard at times. When it comes to creating a non-confrontational, low stress food environment with your child, communicating clear expectations is important.
I will also help you build a word bank for talking about food with your children. My goal is to maintain a lens of food neutrality, and introduce nutrition education only when age appropriate.
